On the Market

Whew, Putting your home on the market is a ton of work...no snowboarding, no biking...

All of the little things that you should have done long ago become all of the little things you have to do to be “show ready”.  Ya know what?  It was worth it and will only justify a frenzy of little things you feel you must do to your next home, cause it’s nice with the final touches.  That’s what a 30 year mortgage is for is what I’m told.  

The best thing about the situation is now the weekends are often “showings”, which means you need to get out of the house and bike or board!  Well, maybe look for the next project home too.

So, stay off the grass seed.
