Conducting some additional POV tests- this is where I left off with a name update of course! Next is to test a really bright LED set (they may be too bright for night but may be a bit visible during the day- wacky). Then it's time to integrate a hall effect sensor in order to time the image or word to the rate of rotation as well as relative position on the wheel. I may need a stronger test bench motor, this one is getting hot; perhaps I'll harvest a motor from an old vacuum cleaner laying around, that should have some torque.
